Wait — what just changed? DPPS has been struggling with extra charges from UPS, mis-directed packages in large campus buildings, and other delays regarding getting all of you your projects. 

We decided to REQUIRE a “Street 2” field in our WebCRD order entry tool, which will affect not only new customers, but all of you with a default address saved in your account. 

Please take the time to add a little more to your address: a room number or delivery location such as dock or front desk, so we can serve you better! Questions can be directed to our CSR team, but we hope this one-time inconvenience allows us to be more efficient and timely with the 50+ deliveries we do each business day.
