The other day, I asked each of our staff members how long they’ve been working in print environments. We had data from OHR showing that staff in permanent positions at UW-Madison totaled 268.3 years for our current team; since then, I was able to add all of the additional years each person has worked in other print environments, and this raised our total to 590 years of collective experience to help us assist our clients and each other. 

This is an amazing amount of institutional knowledge for us to lean into and share — how might we leverage this going forward? How can we help YOU?
