DPPS is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the work in our customer service team in our digital print facility. In this role, you can use your commercial print experience and customer service skills to help our great team serve the UW campus and beyond!
UW-Madison’s Digital Publishing and Printing Services (DPPS) is one of the largest in-house print production centers within the State of Wisconsin government. Our new state-of-the-art facility is located on Madison’s east side (off campus) on Stoughton Road and offers free, on-site parking.

Required Qualifications:
> Previous work experience in customer service management role within the commercial print industry
> Previous work experience in commercial print estimating
> Broad understanding of digital prepress, graphic design, digital print, offset print, and print bindery functions
> Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work under tight deadlines
In addition to the required qualifications, the most qualified candidates may also have the following preferred qualifications:
> Experience negotiating with commercial print vendors
> Experience training customer service staff in a commercial print environment
> Experience using commercial print management software and/or fulfillment software
