Where’s my invoice?

Great question, Bucky!

With the implementation of Workday in July of 2025, the process of generating and issuing invoices was eliminated. Now, transactions are performed in Workday and funds are simply transferred between FDM accounts for reimbursement of charges owed to another department.

To confirm the “invoiced” amount of your project or to check on “payment” status, please connect with your department Financial or Business Manager and request the “Find Internal Service Deliveries” report for Digital Publishing and Printing Services.

Note that the availability of this information can vary between 2-6 weeks, based on when your project was completed during a given month.
